We are hiring for Branch in Charge-Sales /Business Development Location - Kandla Marine Shipping Company head quarted in Mumbai The Branch In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and activities of a designated branch. This role involves managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch In-Charge also ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to the overall growth and profitability of the branch. Main Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan future activities. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the branchs customer base. Develop and implement initiatives to increase sales and market share. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resources effectively. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks. Desired Profile: Qualification: Graduate, MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
