Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, including tasks like screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and maintaining recruitment pipelines. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of industry-specific roles and technical skill sets. Effective stakeholder management is key, as you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to drive both volume and niche hiring through strategic recruitment approaches. Managing vendor relationships, utilizing job boards effectively, and ensuring adherence to recruitment timelines and quality standards are also essential aspects of this position. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with a preference for those who have prior experience in hiring for heavy industries or EPC/PMC clients.
