US shift 2. 5: 30 pm to 3 am IST which is 8 am to 5:30 PM EST (6.30 pm to 4 am- daylight saving during Mid Mar till Nov) 3. The US accent is mandatory. 4. Great communication (both speaking and writing) 5. Good in excel and Words. 6. Flexible for weekends if any (not Mandatory though) 7. Health Care background is a must. 8.
