As an Executive/Sr. Executive in the Engineering department at Liva Pharma's plant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to equipment maintenance and compliance procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing the plant equipment logbook and ensuring its accuracy. - Preparation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational standards. - Ensuring compliance with relevant SOPs and performing necessary Preventive Maintenance (PM) and calibration before due dates. - Implementing corrective and preventive actions as required. - Recording and maintaining plant equipment maintenance activities. - Conducting training sessions for subordinates and ensuring their competency. - Attending to breakdown maintenance of plant equipment and resolving issues promptly. - Operating and maintaining Air Handling Units (AHUs), Ventilation Units, and associated systems. - Ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance of filters, pressure differentials, and AHU components. - Monitoring and maintaining compressed air systems. - Overseeing the operation of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS). - Participating in Quality Management System (QMS) activities and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). - Coordinating and conducting training sessions for new employees and existing staff as per the training calendar. - Tracking and reporting batch failures, deviations, and change controls for timely resolution. - Reviewing GMP documents for adequacy and completeness. - Conducting root cause analysis and recommending further investigations if necessary. - Willingness to work in shifts and prior exposure to Injectable USFDA regulatory plant operations are preferred.
