We’re looking for an experienced BMS Supervisor to join our growing team in Chennai ! If you’re passionate about smart buildings and technology-driven solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day BMS operations, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, lighting, electrical, and safety systems.
• Lead and guide a team of BMS technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Analyze system data, trends, and alarms to identify performance issues and energy-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with MEP, IT, and vendor teams for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Qualifications

Education: BE (any stream) / Diploma / ITI

Experience: 4–5 years in BMS operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Hands-on experience with leading BMS platforms (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Trane).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
