Key Competencies & Skills: Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls . Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment. Basic understanding of BMS (Building Management Systems) is a plus. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit and capable of handling site-related technical tasks.
