Job Description-
Operation & Maintenance of CCTV, ACS, PA System. BMS, Servers, UVSS, Fire Alarm Panel, Smoke Detectors ETC.
Maintenance of access Control system, report generates, activation of access card.
Perform routine & periodic evaluation & documentation of IBMS report like CCTV camera, PA system, BMS, Servers, UVSS, proper level of check.
Knowledge of various brand of CCTV cameras delicately like – Honeywell, CP Plus, Axix & Pelco.
Should have handled fire separation system in working condition & testing of equipment
Maintenance of PA system.
BMS integration with equipment like – CCTV, PAC, Fire alarm system vesda.
CCTV Trouble Shooting.
