You should have 6-12 years of IT Services experience, including a minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Big Machines (CPQ). Having an Oracle CPQ Certification would be preferable. Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, Javascript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP-based web services is preferred. Your responsibilities will include working with Product Configuration & Rules, Commerce Process, Document Engine, and Pricing functionality of Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud. You should be aware of Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud Integration using pre-built connectors and point-to-point integration with CRM and ERP applications. Additionally, you will be involved in CPQ Data table update and migration to Production. Effective communication with customers is essential in this role. You will be responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of CPQ processes and Big Machines solutions. Experience or knowledge of BMI Configuration, Commerce Document Engine, and Big Machines Language (BML) is required. You should have Big Machines design experience and a good understanding of the core CPQ architecture. Your tasks will involve designing, configuring, and developing custom code/objects using the Big Machine developer toolkit. Developing customizations related to CPQ (Big Machine) ecosystem and web services API integrations with other systems, including CRM systems, will also be part of your role. Managing product proprietary and confidential product pricing and configuration information will be your responsibility. You must be conscientious and have the ability to see problems through to completion with a high emphasis on problem ownership. Additionally, having strong knowledge of E2E functionality of Oracle CPQ will be beneficial. You will be responsible for all operational management aspects of Service Requests between Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ/BigMachines CPQ or Oracle CPQ/BigMachines CPQ to Oracle Sales Cloud. End-to-end ownership of incidents, communication between business and support teams, and issue resolution will also be part of your duties. Being a team player, expressing yourself clearly and convincingly in speech and writing, and having logical and analytical thinking skills are important attributes for this role.
