BMC Helix ITSM Administrator & Developer

The selected candidate for the BMC Helix Developer role should have a strong background in BMC Helix ITSM and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BMC Helix ITSM solutions to address the organization's business needs effectively. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and designing BMC Helix ITSM solutions accordingly. You will also be tasked with developing and customizing BMC Helix ITSM applications, forms, workflows, and other components to align with business process requirements. Additionally, configuring and administering BMC Helix ITSM modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management will be part of your role. You will also need to implement integrations with other IT systems and third-party applications.
