You will be responsible for handling all matters related to Property Tax, including Rateable Value Cases, Capital Value system, Post Judgment actions, and Execution of Decrees. This will involve drafting various legal documents such as Notices, Pleadings, Affidavit-in Replies, Appeals, and First Appeals. You will be required to brief and assist Advocates & Solicitors, attend hearings at quasi-Judicial Officers, Trial Court, and High Court, and independently appear and argue matters before them. Additionally, you will need to report to the Business Team post-hearing and prepare Dashboard summaries of Pending Litigations, Status updates, and the way forward.
