Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer issues promptly. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
