The Digital Marketing Consultant will work closely with the founding team to develop and implement digital strategies that drive brand awareness, community growth, and early sales. This is a strategic + hands-on role suited for someone who understands skincare branding, performance marketing, and content-driven growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a 360° digital marketing strategy for BLUVÈ (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases). Build BLUVÈ’s online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Plan and manage content strategy – reels, carousels, blogs, emailers – aligned with brand voice. Design and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, influencer seeding, affiliate). Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer & creator collaborations . Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.). Collaborate with designers/content creators to ensure consistent visual identity & messaging . Drive community engagement through campaigns, challenges, and user-generated content (UGC). Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience (3–5+ years) in digital marketing for skincare/beauty, D2C brands, or lifestyle startups . Strong knowledge of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and paid ads . Understanding of skincare/beauty consumer trends in India is a plus. Experience in growth hacking and pre-launch buzz creation . Analytical mindset with experience in marketing tools & performance dashboards . Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh, engaging campaign ideas . Excellent communication skills; ability to work closely with founders in a startup-like fast-paced environment . Location: Hybrid (Ahmedabad preferred, Remote possible) Engagement: Consultant (Part-time/Freelance with possibility to scale into a full-time role) Compensation: Negotiable – based on experience and deliverables
