Skilled in preparing and managing documentation like PDDs , SDDs , and maintenance manuals aligned with CoE standards. Experienced in end-to-end configuration , deployment, and maintenance of Blue Prism environments. Solid understanding of application architecture and infrastructure for automation. Familiar with custom solutions, integration with partner products , and Blue Prism ecosystem expansion . Knowledge of RPA best practices , coding standards, and scalability principles . Effective in troubleshooting , debugging , and providing technical support across internal and external teams. Strong communication , analytical , and stakeholder management skills. Up-to-date with latest RPA features , AI integration trends , and ability to contribute to POCs and innovation initiatives.
