Urgently looking tellecallers for a reputed interior design firm in panampally nagar ,kochi Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our interior designing team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining our design and execution services, generating leads, and coordinating appointments with the design consultants. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries or leads. Explain the company’s interior design services, project process, and pricing structure clearly to clients. Maintain a professional relationship with customers through effective communication. Schedule meetings and site visits for the design and sales teams. Update and maintain client databases, call logs, and feedback records. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Assist in promotional campaigns and follow up on marketing-generated leads. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information promptly. Requirements: Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in any stream. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate, interior design, or construction sectors. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English and Malayalam) Persuasive and confident speaking manner. Good computer and CRM handling skills. Ability to handle targets and maintain professionalism under pressure. Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance) Incentives on successful client conversions. Training and career growth opportunities within the company.
