You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility by contributing to the development of advanced safety systems, high-performance electrification solutions, and data connectivity solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing Requirements Management tools such as DOORS and Polarion, Design tools like EA, and Configuration management tools such as CM Synergy, Plastic SCM, GIT. - Conducting Requirement analysis, Design, and Development. - Developing Middleware Applications for Infotainment products in the Bluetooth Platform. - Collaborating with various software competency and system competency teams to address challenges related to the owned module. - Conducting Peer Reviews, Unit Testing, and Functional Testing. - Working closely with Product Owner/ Platform manager to support estimation and planning in an iterative development environment. - Debugging and resolving customer-reported issues on the target board. - Being a proactive team player and adhering to agile development methodologies as part of the Software development life cycle. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages with hands-on development experience on Linux / QNX /Android platforms. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Embedded systems development within the Automotive domain. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a sense of complete ownership of the building blocks. - Familiarity with version control systems like GIT, Plastic SCM, CM Synergy. - Knowledge of VM Software Development Environment, Eclipse IDE. - Understanding of Unit Testing Frameworks like CPP Test Framework, GTest/GMock. - Knowledge of SW development processes and UML state diagrams, sequence diagrams. - Exposure to Automotive Embedded Development and Testing tools (IDE, Vector CAN tools like CANoe). - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of self-motivation and energy. Additionally, the following skills are optional but beneficial: - Hands-on Experience with Bluetooth application software development including features like HFP, PBAP, A2DP, MAP, SPP. - Ability to analyze Bluetooth Air Sniffer logs using tools like Frontline or similar Bluetooth Protocol analyzers. - Exposure to Bluetooth open-source Stack Integration and knowledge of Bluetooth low energy protocol would be a plus. - Understanding of Bluetooth technology and experience with Bluetooth protocol (both Stack and profiles).
