As a Product Feature Owner, you will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for end-to-end feature realization within your domain, ensuring 100% feature coverage. Your responsibilities will include providing commitments for milestones and sprint releases, tracking progress for features and user stories, and escalating any risks or dependencies that may impact milestones. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding customer requirements specifications (CRS) and change requests, seeking clarifications from various stakeholders, and managing requirements traceability in DOORs. In addition, you will interface with customers to clarify assigned features and obtain approval for any deviations from required features. You will lead the activity of grooming requirements by coordinating discussions and commitments with different teams to ensure the accurate description and acceptance criteria of assigned features. Acting as the technical face to the customer, you will represent engineering teams and program managers for your domain. Demonstrated experience in technology and supported features, along with qualities such as character, clarity, courage, and commitment to high performance, will be essential. Building an environment of trust, high performance, and engagement by setting clear goals and fostering feedback, development, and recognition is crucial. You will champion better, faster, and simpler ways of doing things, apply original thinking to processes, products, and services, and manage change to better serve customer needs. Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to deliver extraordinary results are key attributes for this role. You should be willing to travel as needed. Qualifications and requirements: - 10+ years of experience in Automotive IVI or Head Unit or Cluster domains as a Feature Owner, Product Owner, or in a technical leadership role - Technical expertise in software development and validation from OEMs like Suzuki, Volvo, Hyundai or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers - Proficiency in embedded system software development in Linux, real-time multi-threaded software design, system programming, and synchronization primitives - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent - Strong programming skills in C/C++ - Experience with Linux or RTOSes like QNX, Integrity, RT Linux - Technical expertise in Bluetooth connectivity, mirroring, and related technologies (e.g., Android Auto, CarPlay) - Ability to track progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Key Skills: - Bluetooth connectivity - Mirroring technologies - Android Auto - CarPlay.,
