Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 35 years in business development, preferably in IT, technology, or related B2B industries. Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing complex deals. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with project management tools and digital marketing is a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, product/service delivery, and current market trends. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, interpret market information, and strategize for optimal results. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for crafting proposals, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, conventions, and business development activities as required. Degree- BTech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA. Languages: Fluency in English
