1st Shift (India) - India_1_Shift Job Responsibilities : Provide technical support for BluePrism applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Monitor and maintain automated processes, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements and assess the impact of changes. Handle incident management, logging tickets, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring timely resolution. Follow change management processes to deploy updates and enhancements. Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and maintain documentation for processes and solutions. Handle Infrastructure patching and configuration of VMs assigned to bots Required Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in application support, preferably in RPA tools like BluePrism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
