Knowledge of the criteria used to assess the quality and relevance of instructional content in relation to a desired learning or behavioral outcome. Skill in designing blueprints, schematics, and/or other visual representations of learning and development solutions, for example wireframes, storyboards, and mock-ups. Knowledge of methods and techniques for planning, designing, and developing instructional content. Skill in eliciting and using knowledge and information from subject matter experts to support and/or enhance learning.
