Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented B2B Travel Consultant to join our team. The role involves handling travel inquiries from travel agents and partners, preparing customized itineraries and costings, managing bookings with suppliers, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge of Australia, experience in inbound tourism, and the ability to build and maintain strong B2B relationships. Minimum Requirements Good English communication skills (written & verbal). 0–3 years of experience (training will be provided). Own laptop/PC with stable internet connection. Android smartphone for communication. Key Responsibilities Handle B2B inquiries from travel agents and partners in domestic and international markets. Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and costings based on client requirements. Maintain updated knowledge of inbound rates for sightseeing, tours, activities, hotels, and transfers. Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport providers, attractions, etc.) to confirm services and negotiate best rates. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing professional, timely, and accurate communication. Manage the end-to-end booking process: inquiry → quotation → confirmation → operations handover. Ensure all bookings are delivered smoothly by coordinating with the operations team. Build strong relationships with B2B partners to increase repeat and referral business. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth. Keep updated with industry trends, new products, and competitor activities. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Australian destinations, attractions, and travel products. Prior experience in inbound tourism, preferably with a DMC/Inbound Tour Operator. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and preferably reservation/booking systems. Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
