Develop concept art, layout designs, and visual templates. Video Production & Editing Edit short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, social media, ads, and promotional content. Conceptualize and storyboard video ideas with the creative and marketing team. Content Creation & Collaboration Work with marketing and social media teams to produce content tailored to each platform. Stay updated on design and video trends to keep content fresh and engaging. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Technical Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or equivalent software. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Experience with color correction, audio editing, and video optimization for digital platforms. Basic understanding of UI/UX is an advantage (optional). Qualifications Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film, or related field 2–3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality animations, visual effects, and motion graphics that enhance storytelling across films, advertisements, games, and digital content. You will collaborate closely with directors, designers, and editors to translate concepts into visually compelling outputs. Key Responsibilities Animation Create 2D/3D character animations, motion graphics, and environment animations. Develop storyboards, animatics, and pre-visualizations to communicate ideas. Animate objects, characters, and scenes that meet timing, movement, and emotional requirements. Refine animations based on feedback while maintaining high production quality. VFX Design and produce visual effects such as particle simulations, explosions, smoke, fire, water, and magic effects. Integrate VFX seamlessly into live-action or 3D scenes. Perform compositing, including rotoscoping, keying, tracking, and matte painting. Optimize VFX for different formats (film, OTT, broadcast, social media). Collaboration & Workflow Work closely with directors, art teams, and editors to understand creative vision.
