Blueconic Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of BlueConic, a Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your main responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 3+ years of IT experience in BlueConic administration, with a total of 5+ years of IT experience. - Demonstrating hands-on experience with BlueConic or similar CDPs. - Possessing a strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, and real-time personalization. - Being familiar with JavaScript, REST APIs, and tag management systems. - Having experience with marketing automation platforms and digital analytics tools. - Demonstrating excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. - Working in a 24/7 L2 Support model. - Showing meticulous and detailed problem-solving skills. - Exhibiting excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. - Having experience working in ITIL Process, ServiceNow, Control-M, or equivalent.
