Role Overview : This role is called “All Things People – Generalist” for a reason: it’s broad, strategic, hands on, and high-impact. You'll be the glue connecting people, performance, and process. From recruiting and engagement to performance management and internal frameworks, you’ll be at the center of how our company grows -not just in headcount, but in capability and culture. You'll work across departments, collaborate directly with leadership, and take ownership of building scalable, documented structures for teams like Sales, Operations, Tech, and Business. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Lead hiring for all roles across business units: JD creation, sourcing, interviews, onboarding. Partner with managers to forecast talent needs and plan workforce capacity. Streamline recruitment workflows and build internal hiring documentation. Performance & People Development Design and manage appraisal processes, OKRs, and performance tracking. Build feedback systems that are continuous, transparent, and action-driven. Support employee development plans, upskilling, and internal mentorships. Departmental Framework Building Collaborate with leadership and BU heads to design internal frameworks for: > Sales (Targets, Incentives, Role Clarity) > Operations (Processes, Escalation Paths) > Tech Teams (Roles, Workflow, Project Documentation) > Business Teams (Client Engagement, Reporting) Document responsibilities, KPIs, processes, and communication flows for each. Culture & Engagement Lead internal communications, team-building efforts, and culture initiatives. Organize employee engagement activities, town halls, onboarding, and celebrations. Be the trusted ear for employee feedback—and turn that into real change. Strategy & Execution Work directly with senior leadership on people-focused business initiatives. Manage internal programs like CSR, internship strategies, and internal training. Report on key people metrics like hiring velocity, retention, engagement, etc. Who You Are 3–6 years in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations roles. Strong ability to build internal structures, document processes, and align teams. Great communicator and collaborator—you can speak HR and business in the same sentence. A builder mindset—you love taking things from 0 to 1 and scaling them smartly. You like a little chaos—as long as you get to organize it!
