We are establishing a new overseas recruitment and staffing setup specializing in placing skilled and semi-skilled candidates in Dubai, UAE. Our focus is to provide ethical, transparent, and professional manpower solutions in compliance with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), India regulations. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Regional Agent (RA) registered with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India , preferably through the Protector General of Emigrants (PGE) and associated Protectors of Emigrants (POE) offices . The RA will play a crucial role in sourcing, mobilizing, and coordinating overseas manpower recruitment while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities Act as a licensed Recruiting Agent (RA) under MEA for overseas placement operations. Source, mobilize, and screen candidates for overseas job opportunities (Dubai/UAE initially). Maintain compliance with MEA, PGE, and POE regulations and guidelines for emigration and deployment. Liaise with foreign employers and agencies for manpower requirements and contractual agreements. Manage end-to-end recruitment documentation, including employment contracts, demand letters, and emigration clearance. Ensure ethical recruitment practices, candidate welfare, and transparency in the hiring process. Support the company in establishing a structured and compliant overseas recruitment system. Coordinate with government bodies, embassies, and consulates when required. Requirements Must be a registered Recruiting Agent (RA) with valid MEA license . Prior experience working under or with an RA agency/consultancy for overseas placements. Strong knowledge of MEA compliance, POE procedures, and emigration clearance process. Proven track record in mobilizing manpower for Gulf countries (especially UAE). Excellent communication, networking, and coordination skills. Ability to maintain ethical and transparent recruitment standards. Preferred Experience Experience in staffing/placement for overseas roles in sectors like construction, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, or skilled trades.
