Bluecoat Proxies, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN

As a System Administrator at AGN Infrastructure, you will be responsible for Level 2 support in Network Security areas like Firewall, Proxy, and VPN/IPS. Your key responsibilities will include: - Systems operation and maintenance of security and DMZ complexes - Maintenance of Bluecoat proxies, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN, and related management systems and operating procedures - Implementation of changes on Firewalls and proxies based on customer requests - Operation and maintenance of intrusion prevention systems and malicious code Protection gateways - Providing 2nd and 3rd level support, including manufacturer contact and advising clients - Incident, problem, and change management within the Network Security Infrastructure areas - Supporting the Information Security Officer and the Audit Units - Providing business support for all topics related to the firewall complexes for internal and external customers - Internal team dispatching of tasks, incident tickets, service and change requests, group mailboxes, and customer requests - Documentation of infrastructures, procedures, and processes Qualifications required for this role: - Industry: IT/Computers-Software - Key Skills: Bluecoat proxies, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN, Firewall, Proxy, VPN/IPS - Education: Any Graduate If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to jobs@augustainfotech.com.,
