Role & responsibilities Support operators 5G/LTE Network with 99.99% availability. Providing on call support to field team for issue resolution. Analysis & resolution of all the escalated technical issues till closure. Ensuring flawless implementation of software upgrades & features. Generate and maintain a list of key technical issues in the network. Escalation of unsolved incident (Major/Critical & Emergency Tickets) to next tier with initial analysis and follow up till issue closure. Troubleshooting and sharing analysis for restoration on assigned incident ticket based on logs or access to live network nodes within SLA. Daily health checks of the RAN system and takes corrective actions in case of any issues. Notification of all the RAN outages to the stake holders as per the pre-defined fault management process. Preparation and Publishing of Daily/Weekly Operational Reports MOP preparation, recording of all new learnings, circulation and update to all the stakeholders on regular basis. Develop and maintain to an integrated Security Management Function covering security domains such as Physical Security, Information Security, Personnel Security, Access Control, Equipment Security, Confidentiality, Data Protection and Investigations Attend and adhere information security trainings and awareness programs as conducted by company and business partners.
