Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively communicate the benefits and features of our education loan products, and address their inquiries. 2. Sales Pitch: Craft persuasive sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs, emphasizing the advantages of our loan products, interest rates, and repayment options. 3. Consultative Sales: Understand the unique financial requirements of customers and recommend suitable loan solutions from our product portfolio. 4. Application Guidance: Assist customers in completing loan applications, collect necessary documentation, and ensure a seamless application process. 5. Follow-up: Maintain a system for lead tracking, follow up with potential customers, and nurture relationships to increase conversion rates. 6. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines when discussing and processing loan applications. 7. Adept at explaining complex financial concepts in a simple and understandable manner. Knowledge of education loan products and the education sector is a plus.
