We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to expand and manage our business across West Bengal and neighboring regions. The role involves visiting pet/aquarium shops in Kolkata (including Galiff Street) and traveling to Orissa, Bihar, and North East states to generate business and build dealer relationships. Key Responsibilities: ● Regular visits to pet and aquarium shops in Kolkata, with a special focus on Galiff Street market. ● Plan and execute field visits to Orissa, Bihar, and North East states to meet dealers, retailers, and potential clients. - This can be a monthly or need basis ● Promote and sell our premium range of fish feed, pet food, supplements, and related products. ● Build long-term relationships with shop owners, dealers, and distributors. ● Understand market demand, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and report insights to the company. ● Ensure product placement and branding in retail outlets. ● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets provided. ● Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, collections, and customer interactions. Compensation & Benefits: ● Fixed Salary: As per industry standards ● Incentives: Attractive incentives for achieving and exceeding sales targets ● Travel Support: All travel, food, and lodging expenses during outstation visits will be covered by the company ● Growth Opportunity: High performers will be considered for area manager roles as the business expands Candidate Requirements: ● Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions ● Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English. English is not mandatory. ● Must be proactive, persuasive, and target-driven ● Familiarity with the Galiff Street market or pet trade is a strong plus ● Must own a smartphone for daily reporting ● Should have a 2 wheeler with driving experience
