About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle voice calls to assist International English-speaking customers with various queries 2. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set timelines. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers at all times. 4. Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the system. 5. Escalate complex issues to senior support or supervisors as needed. Additional allowance: 1. Night shift allowance. 2.
