🚀 Urgent Hiring: Senior Sales Executive – Book Publishing (Remote/Work from Home) 💰 Compensation : INR 14,000/month + Performance Incentives (up to INR 6,000/month) 📝 About the Role We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive our book publishing sales and manage author relationships. The role involves closing sales, building a strong client pipeline, and ensuring a smooth publishing experience for authors. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and passionate about customer success. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Sell and promote Book Publishing Packages to prospective authors Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services, and close deals Guide authors through the publishing process with professionalism Maintain client files, agreements, and documentation in MS Word/Excel Build and nurture long-term client relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet overall revenue goals ✅ Qualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred) Strong communication skills in Hindi & English Experience in Sales / Customer Support / Telecalling preferred Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Confident in handling client interactions Ability to train and onboard clients on services Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply 📌 What We Offer Fixed Salary: INR 14,000/month Performance Incentives: Up to INR 6,000/month Opportunity to work in the growing book publishing industry Supportive team and growth-focused environment 👉 If you are a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer success , we’d love to connect with you!
