Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Daily tasks involve meeting with potential clients, delivering product presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes collaborating with the technical team to present tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must followed by Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be a plus. Role Overview We are seeking a driven Sales Executive (Engineer) with a background in B2B industrial equipment sales to focus exclusively on cooling tower sales. The role involves interacting with end users, EPC companies, consultants, and key stakeholders to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. The candidate will handle new cooling towers, spares, and AMC contracts while deepening Bluechips footprint in the industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue opportunities for new cooling tower sales, spares, and AMC contracts. Work closely with EPC companies, consultants, and end users to generate qualified leads. Build and manage key customer accounts, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements. Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve targets. Establish long-term relationships to strengthen Bluechips industry presence. Collaborate with engineering/project teams for smooth order execution. Track industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming EPC projects. Requirements Engineering Degree mandatory (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial). Minimum 4 years of B2B industrial equipment sales experience (cooling towers / utilities / heavy equipment). Candidates from service-only industries (Banking, Insurance, NBFC, etc.) will not be considered. Strong skills in customer interaction, negotiation, and consultative selling. Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra & Gujarat. Preferred Experience Proven experience in cooling towers, boilers, or industrial utility equipment sales. Exposure to EPC-driven projects and long-cycle sales processes. Experience handling AMC, spares, and key account management. Hiring for Mumbai and Gujarat belt
