You should be prepared to provide support and travel to various project sites as needed. The ability to independently manage an Occupational Health center is essential, along with establishing and maintaining collaboration across different departments. Fluency in both Hindi and English, both written and spoken, is necessary. Your role will also involve effectively managing pandemic situations, as well as being open to shift duties. Your responsibilities will include prompt case management for injuries according to BLS protocols, along with collaborating with on-site doctors. Risk reduction, health education sessions, preventative health strategies, counseling, crisis intervention, health screening, and maintaining the confidentiality of employees" health information are all key aspects of this role. You will be required to implement procedures to ensure confidentiality, keep necessary documentation, evaluate employees with limitations, and recommend suitable job placements based on fitness for duty assessments.
