Blown Film Extrusion Operator

You are an experienced Blown Film Extrusion Operator responsible for running and maintaining plastic extrusion machines, whether mono or multi-layered. Your role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion machines, adjusting machine parameters to meet product specifications such as thickness, width, and speed. It is essential to conduct quality checks, record production data, perform routine machine maintenance, and report any malfunctions promptly. Safety and cleanliness in the work area are of utmost importance and should be ensured at all times. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an extrusion machine operator, particularly with LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE films. Additionally, having knowledge of blown film extrusion processes is crucial. You should also be proficient in reading measurements and interpreting production orders accurately.
