Job Title: Unisex Hairdresser (Specialist in Chemical Work) Salary: ₹35,000 per month (with incentives) Timing: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Location: [Your Location] Job Description We are looking for a skilled Unisex Hairdresser with strong expertise in chemical treatments (color, smoothening, rebonding, etc.). The ideal candidate should be professional, disciplined, and passionate about delivering excellent client service. Terms & Conditions No smoking or drinking during work. Walk-in interview is mandatory. No mobile games during working hours. Uniform is compulsory and must be maintained daily. Salary will be released 5 days after joining date. Incentives will be provided after 3 months of service. Accommodation will be provided. Empty gas cylinder will be provided. Monthly target: ₹1,75,000 (35 × 5). 4 weekly offs in a month. Incentives will be given 15 days after salary payout. Demo (theory + practical) will be conducted before joining. 2 months’ notice required before leaving the job. If leaving mid-month or abruptly, salary will not be provided. No advance salary or ticket money will be given.
