JD for Blow Molding Maintenance
1. Responsible for the timely attendance of all machine breakdowns to their concern areas. (Blow Moulding & SPM )
2. Responsible to minimize the breakdown
3. Responsible to check/Verify the daily/monthly check points of all check sheets of their concern area's machines.
4. Along with Store & Purchase he shares responsibility of inventory of minimum critical spares
5. Identification and finalization of Aspect/Hazards. Identification & implementation of control
6. Note down Fuel, Power Consumption & Other Parameter/Reading of Utility Machines and mentioned in their respective log book.
7. Knowledge of Utility Equipments like as DG, Air Compressor, Transformer, Chiller & Cooling Tower etc.
JD for Paint Shop Maintenance
1. Responsible for the timely attendance of all machine breakdowns to their concern areas. (Paint Shop )
2. Responsible to minimize the breakdown
3. Responsible to check/Verify the daily/monthly check points of all check sheets of their concern area's machines.
4. Identification and finalization of Aspect/Hazards. Identification & implementation of control
5. Note down Fuel, Power Consumption & Other Parameter/Reading of Paint Shop & Utility Machines and mentioned in their respective log book.
6. Knowledge of Utility Equipments like as DG, Air Compressor, Transformer, Chiller & Cooling Tower etc.
7. Knowledge of Booth Balance, AHU, PT Line, Burner etc.
