Role – Marketing & Operations Intern We are looking for an energetic Intern (full-time, on-site in Indore) who is passionate about pets, eager to learn, and ready to take on real-world brand-building. Key Responsibilities Support social media marketing & content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns) Assist in sales outreach & customer engagement (online + offline retail) Participate in marketing campaigns & product launches Help with day-to-day operations (logistics, inventory, orders) Conduct market & competitor research to find growth opportunities Collaborate across teams to keep Bloomtail running smoothly Qualifications & Requirements Must be a dog parent 🐶 (we believe true passion starts at home) Interest in social media marketing, sales, and business operations Strong communication skills (Hindi + English) Creative mindset and willingness to learn quickly Proficiency in digital platforms (Instagram, Canva, basic Excel/Google Sheets) Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Perks Hands-on experience with a fast-growing luxury pet brand Learn directly from founders on brand building, e-commerce, and sales Exposure to real campaigns, influencer partnerships, and retail distribution Certificate + performance-based stipend 📍 Location: Indore (On-site) 📅 Duration: 3–6 months
