Native or bilingual fluency in English (written and oral) is required for this role - additional local language skills would be beneficial. Broad range of substantive legal skills developed over an extended period including but not limited to: o Strong understanding of and hands-on experience in "Indian Labor and Employment Law" matters; o Knowledge and experience of company law and/or governance and banking regulation in Indian federal and state jurisdictions, including Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu; o Experience in internal investigations and managing litigation and regulatory investigations; and o Experience in negotiation and management of commercial contracts with vendors.
