In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways: The individual must have sound knowledge and relevant working experience/exposure in AIS TA, Hedge Funds. Must have in-depth knowledge of client and fund onboarding, fund administration, trade processing (subscription, redemption, transfer, and switch), demand deposit account reconciliation, cash processing (redemption proceeds and distribution payments), issuing statements, and contract notes reporting services (shareholder, open order, sales report, audited financial statement, administration report, capital call notice, distribution notice, etc.). Private equity experience is an added advantage. Should be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties involved. The individual should also have an eye for detail, controls and keep updated with the latest market development and regulatory requirements. Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction. Following established procedures, answers inquiries, and resolves problems or issues. Manage situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response. Escalates into more complex situations to senior colleagues. Integrates area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients. Performs complex operational tasks in a product or functional area. To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following: Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience needed. 3+ relevant years of total work experience preferred. As the product is of a global nature, the individual must be fully aware that any decision made may have a downstream impact affecting other teams locally and globally.
