Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process blood donations and samples
Perform blood grouping, cross-matching, and compatibility testing
Maintain accurate donor and patient records
Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Monitor and maintain blood bank inventory and storage
Follow strict biosafety and infection control procedures

Candidate Profile:

Education:
DMLT / BMLT / MLT or equivalent degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
Certifications:
Preferably certified by State/Central Blood Transfusion Council
Experience:
1-5 years working in a blood bank or pathology lab
