What We Expect From You: Solid knowledge of Blockchain fundamentals, Ethereum, Smart Contracts, and DApps Proficiency in Solidity, Web3.js, Metamask, Truffle, or Hardhat Clear understanding of Consensus Algorithms, Decentralization , and Token Standards (ERC-20, ERC-721) Ability to create hands-on projects , lead workshops, and explain real-world applications Bonus if you can explain DeFi, DAO , or Layer 2 solutions with clarity and passion!
