Role : Senior Product Manager Lead multiple product strategies, aligning tech and design teams with business vision. Own the product roadmap, PRD, and user experience through market research and cross-functional collaboration. Your data-backed approach will be driven by market research and detailed internal and external stakeholder discussions. You will have ownership of a detailed PRD with functional and non-functional requirements that will drive product development, testing and deployment. Location: Noida(Hybrid) / 5 days What will you get to do? Define and Drive end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for high-impact initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business to deliver scalable solutions. Drive detailed PRDs backed by user research, data insights, and market trends. Define success metrics, analyze performance, & iterate to ensure continuous product improvement. Own go-to-market strategies and post-launch performance across multiple product lines. Act as a product evangelist, mentoring PMs and aligning stakeholders around shared goals. Profile Expectations: Total Experience: Strong 5+ Years of Product Management. Emerging tech exposure is a must. Tech background and a Bachelor’s degree in tech stream. PG is good to have. Prior experience of building and launching products in market. Strong user research, data-driven, research-oriented approach. Experience in FinTech, Payments and International markets will be added advantage. Led teams for an end-to-end Product life-cycle.
