Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery fit-out projects, including materials, labour, and overhead cost Coordination with procurement team for release of P.O s Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Update and maintain databases and records of cost estimates and project expenses. Rate analysis for all items in the BOQ, costing and finalization of rates with vendors. Preferred candidate profile Must have ERP Experience
