Block coordinator

Purpose : Ensure the effective rehabilitation system and process for person with mental illness through Capacity Building and networking with Local stake holders/system. And be focused on implementing of CMHP plan.

Authorities:

You will

1.1. Identify PWMI and ensure regular treatment for people with mental illness.

1.2 . Conduct regular psychiatric camps at taluk and PHCs level and ensure all

psychiatric tablets are get free.

1.3 . Conduct Federation and SHGs Meeting in Taluk .

1.4 . Maintain psychiatric camp and federation meeting documents.

1.5 . Support to PWMI for gets Govt schemes and social security schemes.

1.6 . Support to PWMI for involve in livelihood sector.

1.7 . Ensure counselling support and psycho social education to PWMI/ Care givers.

1.8 To build network with the relevant stakeholders and user partners.

1.9 . Carrying out all other duties as assigned by the management.

Responsibilities :

2.1 Ensure up to data MIS/database, reports of the CMH program within time line.

2.2 Build filed staff skills to perform their responsibilities.

2.3 To Build network with the relevant stakeholders and user partners.

2.4 Meeting sustainability targets for the program by the proactive resource mobilisation.

2.5 Carrying out all other duties as assigned by the District Manager & vertical Heads of CMHP.

Accountability :

3.1 Report to the Senior coordinator with dot line report to program head.

3.2 To ensure all APD norms and procedures

3.3 Ensure optimal utilization of resources allocated.
