We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 3-7 years of experience to become part of our dynamic team. As a proficient Flutter Developer, you will have a solid grasp of Flutter, Dart, and Flutter Web development. Your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications across various platforms to ensure seamless user experiences. Effective communication skills are essential for successful collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and secure Flutter applications for mobile (iOS and Android), web, and desktop platforms. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code in Dart, implement state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc/Cubit, and develop responsive web applications using Flutter Web. Additionally, optimizing web applications for performance, scalability, and user experience, integrating third-party APIs, and collaborating with back-end developers are crucial tasks. Furthermore, you will conduct unit testing and UI testing to ensure application robustness and stability, debug and resolve technical issues efficiently, and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, offering technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers, and creating and maintaining technical documentation for projects will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should be proficient in Flutter and Dart programming, possess strong experience in Flutter Web development, and have familiarity with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, etc. A good understanding of responsive design and cross-platform development is also required for this role.
