Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, including textile mills and fashion brands. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Technical Consultation and Support: Provide expert guidance on the selection, application, and benefits of natural dyes for various textile materials. Address client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to dye compatibility, application techniques, and product specifications. Conduct product demonstrations, lab trials, and training sessions to educate clients on product use and benefits. To conduct trails, technical discussion & product development at dye house. Meeting with textile brands for marketing. Research and Development: Process Optimization. Contribute to innovation projects focused on sustainability, zero-waste dyeing, and non-toxic chemical alternatives Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings and technical recommendations Product Knowledge and Advocacy: Stay updated on advancements in natural dye technology, sustainability trends, and regulatory standards. Work closely with the product development and R&D teams to provide client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products. Advocate for sustainable practices in textile dyeing and educate clients on the environmental impact of natural dyes. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to drive business goals and monitor key performance indicators. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software. Management of all activities like sales, trials, system setting, maintain customer and competition database, Product launch, up selling, generating MIS etc. Individually responsible for controlling credit limits and account reconciliation of companies key accounts and channel partners. Prepare reports on all visits to customers and presenting monthly reports to management, detailing selling efforts, customer relationships, competitive activity and strategies, customer service issues, etc. Conducting Seminars, Workshops and Exhibitions Conducting Workshops to educate artisans and other dyeing enthusiast to help them learn and raise the awareness of our products.
