Take full ownership of the execution of projects at multiple sites involving automation, AV systems, and lighting. Interpret and execute designs and technical drawings (AutoCAD, PDFs, blueprints) with a thorough understanding of MEP and interior details. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of contractors such as carpenters, electricians, HVAC, false ceiling, and civil/interior work teams. Ensure adherence to project timelines, design specifications, and quality control standards at all stages of the execution. Coordinate closely with the in-house design, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation. Monitor site progress, maintain daily reports, and escalate delays or issues with practical solutions. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure standards are met. Maintain checklists for material deliveries, installation quality, snag lists, and client handovers. Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols at site. Serve as the primary point of contact at the site for internal teams, vendors, and client representatives. Handle troubleshooting, technical coordination, and minor on-site decision-making when needed.
