Job Title: Blinkit Picker – Full-Time Onboarding
Location: Every Blinkit Store Across Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Fresher-Friendly

Job Overview:

Blinkit is hiring Pickers for a full-time role across Bangalore. This is a great opportunity for anyone – fresher to unskilled candidates – to start a career in the quick-commerce industry. We will provide complete training for 15 days to make you job-ready.

- Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Managing stock and maintaining inventory
• Supporting smooth store operations
• Following all company safety and operational protocols
• Collaborating with the team for efficient workflow

- Eligibility Criteria:

• Everybody is eligible – Fresher, experienced, skilled, or unskilled
• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Age: 18+ years
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail/grocery environment
• Basic communication skills (Hindi or English)
• No prior experience required

- Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Approx. ₹17,000
• Bonus: May vary based on performance and also be provided during festivals or special occasions.
• Training Period: 15 days (paid)
• Shifts:
• Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekly Off: Rotational (not on Sunday, as weekends are peak days)

Important Note:
⚠ After the interview, a registration charge of ₹1150 will be applicable, which needs to be paid at the time of registration. We kindly request candidates to be prepared for this step, as the amount is fixed and cannot be negotiated.
