We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling, appointment setting, and conducting online meetings with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and market research. Contact decision-makers (owners, distributors, retailers, and brand managers) and book appointments. Explain company solutions and value propositions confidently during online meetings (Zoom/Google Meet). Maintain a strong pipeline of leads, track all interactions, and update CRM systems. Follow up with prospects to convert initial interest into active opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach with campaigns. Represent the company in a professional manner and build long-term client relationships. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development (preferably B2B or SaaS). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage). Ability to confidently handle objections and negotiations over the phone/video call. Proficiency in using online tools like Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
