Job Description: Blesscraft Pvt Ltd is looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive individual (male/female) to join our team as an Event Coordinator – Reporting & Backend Operations . The role demands strong coordination skills, a command over English, and hands-on experience in MS Excel, email writing, and event-related admin responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Daily Coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth execution of events. Backend Support & Reporting: Maintain event-wise documentation, client reports, feedback, and closure documents. Excel Work: Data entry, reporting formats, budgeting sheets, lead tracking, and inventory records. Email Communication: Professional drafting and follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Admin Tasks: Maintain schedules, calendars, and upcoming event checklists. Track and update the status of ongoing and upcoming events . Assist the event team with logistics coordination, billing follow-ups, and client updates .
