Blender Animation Specialist

The opportunity:

Blender Animation Specialists will be responsible for creating high-quality character animations, including accurate viseme-based lip-sync for dialogue in AR projects.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding project guidelines and character rigging requirements in detail
• Creating and refining character animations with precise viseme implementation
• Deliver high-quality animations with zero client complaints and minimal revisions
• Responsible for 100% deadline compliance on individual tasks with zero delays

Requirements (skills & experience):

• Expertise in Blender (modeling, rigging, animation)
• Proven experience in character animation and viseme creation for lip-sync
• At least 5 years of industry experience is preferred

• Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within given instructions and standard practices
